1 · Our Commitment

At BreakrAI, we are committed to supporting your recovery journey. We want you to feel confident when subscribing to Breakr. This policy explains clearly when and how you can request a refund for your subscription purchase.
2 · 3-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Full refund within 3 days
If you are not satisfied with your Breakr subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 3 days of your initial purchase date. No explanation is required. Simply contact us and we will process your refund promptly.
First purchase only
The 3-day guarantee applies to your first subscription purchase only. Renewal charges and subsequent subscription periods are not eligible for refunds under this guarantee, unless otherwise required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.
3 · How to Request a Refund
Contact us by email
Send a refund request to help@breakrai.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the following:

• The email address associated with your Breakr account.
• Your purchase date or order ID (found in your Paddle receipt email).

We will confirm and process your refund within 3–5 business days. The amount will be returned to your original payment method.
4 · Cancellations
Cancel anytime
You may cancel your Breakr subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at help@breakrai.com. Cancellation stops all future charges but does not automatically issue a refund for the current billing period.
Cancelled within 3 days
If you cancel your subscription within the 3-day guarantee window, you remain fully entitled to a refund upon request. Please contact us to initiate it.
5 · Payments Processed by Paddle
All Breakr subscription payments are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized Merchant of Record. Paddle manages billing, receipts, tax compliance, and payment disputes on our behalf. For payment-related questions you may also contact Paddle directly at paddle.com/help.
6 · Exceptions & Abuse Prevention
We reserve the right to decline any refund request at our sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason or evidence. This includes but is not limited to cases where we suspect misuse or abuse of the refund policy. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence.
7 · Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification and/or email before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
