All source code, compiled code, scripts, algorithms, and technical implementations of the BreakrAI application (web, iOS, Android) are the exclusive copyrighted property of BreakrAI. This includes React components, Firebase configuration, Zustand store logic, AI prompt engineering, and all associated files. Copyright protection attaches automatically upon creation under the Berne Convention (applicable in 180+ countries).

The BreakrAI design system — including the dark color palette (#1A1A26 background, blue/violet gradient system), typography choices, component layouts, iconography, animations, mobile-first responsive layout, and the overall visual identity — is original creative work protected by copyright.

The following are proprietary marks of BreakrAI. No license to use these marks is granted to any third party without express written permission:

• The name "BreakrAI" and all stylistic variations
• The name "Breakr" as used in connection with this Service
• The BreakrAI logo — the distinctive toggle-switch pill design with ON-state dark knob
• The blue-to-violet gradient (#60A5FA → #A78BFA) as used in BreakrAI's identity
• Any slogans, taglines, or brand phrases associated with BreakrAI

All written content, CBT-inspired exercise text, onboarding flows, AI coaching prompts, educational materials, streak milestone messages, and all other textual content within the application are original copyrighted content owned exclusively by BreakrAI.

All content on breakrai.com and its subdomains, including text, graphics, layout, design, and legal documents, is protected by copyright. Reproduction of any portion without prior written permission is prohibited.

Any attempt to pass off a product, service, or account as BreakrAI, or to impersonate BreakrAI in any manner, constitutes trademark infringement and may be subject to legal action. This includes creating copycat apps, fake social media accounts, or websites that imply affiliation with BreakrAI.

Registering domain names, app names, or social media handles containing "BreakrAI" or confusingly similar variations without authorization is trademark infringement. We reserve the right to pursue legal remedies including domain transfer orders and app removal requests.

BreakrAI actively monitors for IP infringement. Violations may result in: DMCA takedown notices, cease-and-desist letters, reports to Apple App Store / Google Play, and civil legal action seeking injunctive relief and damages.

BreakrAI uses open-source software including React (MIT), Firebase SDK (Apache 2.0), Zustand (MIT), Vite (MIT), and Lucide React icons (ISC), each under their respective licenses. Use of these libraries does not transfer any copyright ownership of BreakrAI's original code, content, or design to any third party. Open-source components remain subject to their own licenses; BreakrAI's original contributions remain exclusively owned by BreakrAI.
